dear friends

i have driven my car around 21000 km. but the dealer service is very poor and expensive.

is it true that if i do the periodic service (oil change ) at a shop other than the dealer, my car warranty of 100,000 km becomes invalid.

anybody with experience please help.

thank you

Yes. It's better to stick to that agency till the warranty expires.

If you check out their schedule, you'll notice that each maintanance trip is much more of just oil change. If you ignore those additional checks and something goes wrong (God forbid), the dealer may simply refuse warranty coverage blaming you for negligence.

What's the car by the way?

omar saqib

Mazda 3
the problem with them is that it is necessary to fix an appointment for service.
90% of the time they give an appointment after at least three weeks.

also, you must leave your car for the full day.

Dr.Rex

Do not leave the car's agency services whatever happened.
expensive, they have moved, never mind its all for your own cars good, try to stick to them and make a good history for your car there and also they will provide your car with the latest updates from the mother company.

Drive safely and thanks alot

I bought LED foglights in the internet and I want to install it to my car. Will that void my car's warranty? Thank you.

Dr.Rex

Yes indeed and to be sure , you can ask your authorized agency.
Thanks so much and appreciate it.

Dadamenez

Thank you very much dr. rex
