I was recently traveling to Dublin and stayed there over the weekend of the Rugby game. I met a group of french men celebrating their friends soon to be wedding after attending the Rugby match. I needed to get in touch with them and I am at a loss of how to contact them. One said he was from Toulon so I am posting this to see if anyone can help me.
