We met in San Miguel de Allende Guanajuato we lived there combine a bit over 6 years. Before San Miguel I lived in Cd. Guzman.

While in Guanajuato we had a restaurant and a small hotel that we owned and managed for about 4 year. We did grate while tourism was good... We were making over 9000 dollars profit when we started, and thinking we had found our gold mine, we begin to invest in the property to make it more attractive and be able to compete with our surroundings in the down town area. When the influenza hit, then not long after this, the drug killings exploded, and business began to shot down. We are talking businesses that had been there much longer than us. Thinking that things would turn around we held on pudding in all of our savings in to it, to no avail. To make the story short, it broke us, and we decided to move here to Colima and try and start over. We need work so that we can save enough to start an Indian Restaurant here in Colima.

Combine Experience:

We cook the following foods with excellent flavor and pride.

Italian, American, Japanese, Chinese and Indian. And we are excellent hotel restaurant managers, great at customer service and marketing online and also networking.

So if any one knows or need my service in any way or form, it could be cooking, house managing, sales, farming, driver, from heavy machinery to a car-truck, handy man, plus more. Please contact us. As of now we are house sitting for some friends of ours who are out of the country for a few months. We also have references, if required. And on top of all this it would be a pleasure to get to know you all. On behalf of myself and my wife, thank you and hope to hear from you. God Bless.

If we can be of help to you, and want to help us. Please contact us...many people know us here in Mexico and abroad and can get you references. Thank you.
