Hello,
my present residence under work permit in dubai , U.a.e . But my nationality is bangladesh. I wanna go to Mexico . Can anybody explain for visit visa process ?? After coming Mexico is it changeble to work permit???
Also share accomodation + transportation cost ???

You can't change a tourist permit (FMM) into a work permit. Check with the nearest Mexican Consulate. If your in the petroleum industry, getting work at PEMEX (Mexican petroleum industry) is more than difficult for a foreigner.

You can not legally work with a tourist visa. It can not be renewed. A new tourist visa can be obtained by leaving the country and then reentering. You will get another 180 days. Many who live in the Cancun/Playa del Carmen area go to Belize for a few days then return.
