Hello!
I am considering an expat assignment to Banagalore. I work for a fairly small company and need to understand what benefits should be negotiated (with my employer) for such a move. I would appreciate comments/suggestions if anyone has gone through this.

If you have children you should make sure they will pay for school. International schools here are very expensive (some can run $20,000\year).
