How much I should expect to pay per month in rent?

I am planning to Retire in Agadir early nest year 2014, I married my Wife in Mohammedia , Morocco in 2011. We live in Montana, USA now.
We are thinking of renting a small Villa,farmhouse just a little outside of the city there.
Anyone have an Idea how much I should expect to pay per month in rent for such a house if one can be found. i really do not want a vacation house or villa. i plan to stay there.

Also, what are the legal requirement for permanente expats Visa requirements an restrictions.
Are there any Legal problems that i should expect to have to deal with..
