I am renting flats in Agadir. The process is quiet simple.
You visit the flat, and agree on the term and pricing.
The deposit is one month usually for unfurnished flats and you pay one month in advance. After that you pay your rent per month.
Normally, in the contract they will be some increase in prices every three years between 5 to 10 percent.
