Marketing Agencies Hiring South Africans?

Hi

I am a 24 year old South African Citizen. My girlfriend and I both work in the digital marketing Industry.. Her as a media buyer and Strategist, Me as an SEO strategist. We Both have solid trackrecords in the industry, and are looking at moving to New York.. though we really have no idea where to start with regard to finding work.. specifically finding companies that would be willing to hire somebody who is currently not in the United States. Any marketers / decisionmakers out there have any advice?
