Advise about New York...

I am currently living in London but all my family live in the USA and I would like to join them. But my visa is taking a very long time to process so I thought I would try going down the job route to see if I can get sponsorship in the meantime.

I would really appreciate any advise that anyone has on this... or even some good contacts!

Hi AshleighL.

I know it's been a while since you posted, but I hope I can be of some help. Getting sponsorship for a job is very difficult and just as time consuming. You might be better waiting for your visa. A good site that I have used is visajourney.com. It offers a lot of advice on this topic.

In my opinion this is best place in USA. New York is New York, no matter where you look at it. It's a nice city and is suited for all tastes. So, look for whatever suits you and you'll surely find it at the Big experience.
