Hi,

Paris can be expensive for renting, not to mention all the paperwork...

I have a classmate that just went to Switzerland for an internship and she used a site called easyroommate to find a place to stay. I think there are a bunch of sites like that where you can find a room to rent. Some you have to pay for to contact the people, and I think my friend had to pay something too, but she was fed up of not finding anything.

Have you considered housesitting just to get started?
