Can i able to learn few short time crash courses in kuwait by my work permit?Cz i want to be a SAP developer & willing to take admission in similar institutions. Waiting for the soonest reply.

Yes. you can. you can even enroll in university programs. specialist courses are no hassle. i hope by work permit you mean residency.
