I am visiting Roatan on march 29 2012 then moving to roatan soon after, I am very well educated (hands on) in Refrigeration and speak the language, I will work for myself if I cant find a good position in commercial refrigeration and or food preperation equipment, any pointers????

If you can afford to establish a business (bar, restaurant, etc) that could work for you! Also they are a lot of developments that construct with US Standards so you might try to contact them
