my visa will expired this coming april i live here almost 6 months for tourist visa only, and im curious about the visa if i can renew it again for another months or i need to exit in this country and process the tourist visa again from another country and come back here again? or if i leave this country how many months i will wait to process another tourist visa..please need advice.

You can renew your visa. Go to the "yabanci polis" before your visa expire and ask there about the process you must follow.
