Different prices with different estate agents.

Post new topic

Hi,

I've seen an apartment I really like in Bugibba.

One estate agent has it as €260,another at €300.

I know that most people advertise via lots of estate agents but why is there such a difference ?

Also,I know Bugibba is a cheap place to live, but this apartment is quite new, fully furnished, has open seaviews.....so why is it so cheap !? Any ideas/thoughts ?

Thanks in advance!

You can always negotiate the prices anyway so it is up to you to get the price down even further.

Not knowing the details of the appartment it does sound rather cheap.Whether for 260 or 300 € ! Even for Bugibba! Is it just online or have to actually seen it and have an offer to rent it ? Most online offers end up not being available as the sites are not updated.

You can send me the link through PM ! I'm not loking for an appartment as we love our's and have a long term contract.

If you want I'll look at the description and PM you my opinion-)))

Check the Times of Malta Website as well. In the classified section there are private lettings so you could save a fee.
