You need to select some applications, from what you received, comparing them with the description of the job( skills, studies, experience...), then to ask some of applicants to come for interviews, and so on...
But all these must be done by an HR- specialist, that seems your agency doesn t have( because a real one " costs" a lot)!

Actually it is a dental clinic and I need a dental assitant to work with me. After I place the post online I receive many applications (some of them outside Cairo) and when I call them back they respond that they are not interested in this positio
So why did you apply in the first place ?
I can not understand this.
Also I am concerned that my ad is not reaching the right people, so I do not know where to place my ad !!

Difficult! So you are not an agency, you re the employer! And if you ask an agency it s the same, even when they come for interview, they " don t reach", changing the mind meanwhile.
My opinion?
1. Advertise it inside Faculty of Medicine/ Dentistry, and try to employ a student in the last year of studying. They need experience, so sure they want to work in the branch, they study in the morning, and sure you work late in the afternoon/ evening, and they need money!
2. Try to " steal" an assistant from the other dental clinic.
And there could be more options...

Very nice idea, but I do not want it

I do not prefer to hire dental students, as I prefer to hire someone who will focus on their duties mostly , not to get training, I feel that this way patients can receive better service.
