Malta -UK-Malta transport?

When we came to Malta, we arrived with a couple of big transit vans and a largish box trailer... and they have all been sat dormant ever since.

Someone mentioned to me that I should use them to undertake light haulage back and forth to the UK, something that had never crossed my mind (and also something I know very little about)...

Any thoughts / experiences would be welcome and most importantly, does anyone think there might be a need? as surely there must be loads of big operations already doing this.

There is definetley a need for this Mike, I know that i have some boxes and bits that need to come from the UK.

Obvious Price considerations are going to be fuel, ferries, tolls, etc... but certainly worth looking into

Thanks for the feedback. I'm certainly looking into it further for all the possible 'hidden dangers' that usually lurk around but more and more conceptual ideas are now coming to mind that may well mean its worth a punt.
