Working and living in Malta

Can anyone help me? I'm looking at moving to Malta from England, but where do I start on the getting a job and moving? Which should come first? Thank you.

Hi Smiler,

welcome to the forum.

Finding a job should definitly come first unless you have a lot of money and want to take the risk.

Can't help much on that with the info you have given.

Cheers
Ricky

What I'm PMing out is a link - out of respect for this website, I'm only sending out the link by PM, unless mods say otherwise. Out of respect for the other website, I don't want to copy the info here.

Understand George,

Maybe worth PMing the poster and seeing if he would be happy for us to post it here in full and alter when needed.

Julian

Agnieszka, could you please register in the business directory ?

thanks !

Its standard that the copyright of any posting belongs to the website owner, not the poster

No worries George,

Thanks for the help though.. :)

Julian

Please can you forward this message to me as well? :)

Thank you!

Hi George,

Could you possibly send it to me also [email protected] thanks a bunch :-)

Hi looking to moving to malta my partner is in drainage, anyone know of any drainage jobs or companies or any links at all would be great thanks x

Hi helz,

welcome to the forum .

Drainage jobs in Malta ? Drains never work when it rains and nobody cares a damm !

The best scenario would be a job with the Water Service Corporation if you are willing to consider working for a Maltese salary and learning to speak Maltese.

Check out this link if you consider working for them:

Maybe your partner has another option lined up !

Cheers
Ricky

Hiya,

I would also look at speaking / looking at Wasteserv.  They are always looking for workers as well....

But as ricky says Maltese Wages ...
