Immediate QIWA transfer after end of contract

I joined my current company on a local transfer and my contract will end on November 15, 2024. I'm currently under the notice period as I've already informed my decision not to renew the contract and completed the termination process in QIWA in August 2024.

I've already received an offer and want to take the transfer immediately after the end of my contract. Can my current employer prevent me from transferring to a new company immediately after November 15?

I got transferred to 2nd company and working here from 1 month .

Iam in a probationary period of 90 days.

If I need to tranfer to 3rd company in this period is it possible after I get a job offer.

Should I need approval in qiwa by the employer.

Can he put a final exit.
