NPRA Updated only my Passport number

Hi all,

I am seeking advice regarding my passport update. I recently changed my passport from single to married so my surname on my new passport is that of my husband. We did an online update on NPRA and they only changed my passport number diregarding my married name.

I am about to give birth next week, my question is, will I face any problem giving birth because of it? I mean, will the hospital issue a birth notification number for my baby despite the difference in my passport details againts my residence permit???
