Applying Professional card while Single Permit change

Hi,

My contact is going to end I'm my current company and will also affect my Single Permit.

In this case to stay in Belgium and search for opportunities I want to apply Professional Card and at the same time I'm searching for job (as Contractor or Freelancer).

I have few questions

1. What happens if my contact is ending and my employer Informs Ministry and same time my professional card application is in process with them ?

2. What happens if I find new employer and it requests for Single Permit change and same time my professional card application is there with ministry.

3. Am I allowed to apply for professional card even if my Single Permit (change of employer) is in progess?

I would appreciate your help in getting some help on these questions.
