I lived 15 year in Valle de Bravo from early 80's to late 90's doing sport business the old way. Now I want to return to Mexico and conduct legal business. I've been studying the requisites and qualify. My father lives across the border from Brownsville TX which I understand has an INM office. I've been to the one in Monterrey where I collected the forms and info. I would like to try to go through the process without facilitator or lawyer. Has anyone done so?
