Renting rules 2023 in Cyprus

Hi not that i rent or advertise but what are the new rules what about renting to family friends etc or are the rules purely for commercial renting

These are identified in a previous recent post but are aimed at short term tourist holiday rentals of complete properties house villa apartment.. the new rules do not apply to long term rentals ....

Note..room rentals for tourist purposes are not allowed in Cyprus
