Hi,

I had divorce 8 months back aswell i have my divorce paper from the court,'My ex wife live with her parents in Saudia it self but they are bot taking Iqama transfer, and i had to pay her Iqama and medical Insurance fee.

Kindly tell me how can i get rid of her Iqama as they are not taking her transfer back.

@kamranbadar My suction was same what i experience Saudi Arabia stop giving sakk to transfer girl to his father or any guardian

rules changed 2020 that any girl can,t transfer after divorce or kulla in Saudi Arabia.

if her father is agree to pay ok otherwise you full ryt to give final exit
