Executive patient relationship

Entering all Related changes and collecting all charges entered into the system. Coordination with the instance office for all Related issues for all insurance patients ie approvals and After hours (changes, entry, admission). Ensures smooth and efficient customer servicing to the customers. Prepare reports; compiles financial statements; performs financial assessments and screening on uninsured or underinsured patients, establishes payment arrangements for patients and communicates agreements; serves as a resource person to clinical department for debt status of patients. Researches and reviews data to ensure accuracy of accounts and balances; performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
