The Logistics Automation and Analytics Architect is responsible to define, implement and support optimal systems landscape (Anaplan, PBI, etc.) for logistics results analyses, identification of potential opportunities and sharing insights in comprehensive format with the business. They continuously drives logistics costs to an optimal level through relevant business analysis and its standardization via translation into models. They play a key role in process transformation via automatization and standardization of routine activities.

What will you be doing:

Develops, designs, and elaborates upon automation for Logistics and Procurement performance analyses area supporting all cycles (3YP, Budget, LE, Benchmarking)

System building, digital transformation and change management

Continuously improves existing supply chain processes via automatization and digital standardization of routine activities (Transitioning away from Excel)

Leads and drives optimal design efficiency processes in Logistics, identifies initiatives and leads actions plan to automate logistics performance and to close process/operational gaps in all planning cycles

Defines recommendations to support Senior Management decisions

Maintains and keeps updated process & solution documentation related to system(s) usage/development and implementation

Supports/creates automated processes for the logistics function linked to the PPM - business cycle (budget, 3YP, monthly T&M, Deep Dive, Latest Estimated

What you'll bring:

3 years of experience in supply chain change management in FMCG or Beverage industry

Tech-savvy: Proficient in all areas of MS Excel, aspiration in program development, knowledge in IT systems (SAP ERP) and BI Tools (Anaplan, PowerBI), Power Query, Python. Power Automate as a plus

Highly analytical with the ability to connect the dots to challenge the status quo, and the drive to implement change

Know-how in the reporting to and the supporting of senior leadership in decision making

Practical knowledge and experience in automation controls and system implementation with a background in logistics and the process

Knowledge in economical area (factor analysis) as a plus

Expertise in Project Management along with good presentation and communication skills

Capable leadership skills to drive impact and steer decisions with stakeholders, business partners and operations

Agility, ownership and resilience are key attributes to succeed in this role
