The Transport Planner in the Center of Excellence is an end-to-end process standardization and change management role. Forget transactional work - you'll be managing projects from beginning to end stage using data analysis to plan and execute change management processes using your powers of persuasion and stakeholder management to drive innovation. This role also acts as subject matter expert to our Operations Teams.
What will you be doing:
Process mapping across countries, building the roadmap to the defined ideal process and adherence to KPIs
Streamlining the processes in other countries and best practice sharing on processes across all countries in scope
Integrating the new ways of working in collaboration with the receiving operational team
Running projects to close process gaps as per aligned priority
Process measurement and performance control of the processes
Knowledge management of your scope (to be assigned later)
Stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration with internal Supply Chain and Logistics teams, Transformation Team, Solution Team, Procurement, etc.
People development and living our Leadership Capability Principles
What you'll bring:
Transport planning experience for 2 years minimum is required
Overall Supply chain process, planning and logistics knowledge
Experience in working with SAP/ERP/TMS is necessary
MS Office – Word, Excel (Formulas, V Lookup, Pivot Tables), Power point, Outlook. Power BI programing experience preferred but not mandatory
Fluent English is required - German, French, Dutch or Russian are advantageous!
Project management experience is a plus but we can teach
Experience with data-driven projects is a plus, but we can teach
