What will you be doing:

Lead the end-to-end modernization efforts for legacy applications, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices.

Conduct in-depth technical assessments of current applications, identifying opportunities to leverage existing capabilities and determining areas requiring modernization. Provide leadership and technical guidance to vendors and suppliers.

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for migrating legacy applications to cloud environments, considering scalability, security, and performance optimization.

Ensure clear and effective communication regarding project progress, challenges, and solutions

Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, ensuring the development of solutions that meet organizational needs.

Develop robust solution architectures, incorporating cloud-native principles and ensuring the seamless integration of modernized applications within the existing landscape.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing leadership and guidance to architects, developers, and other stakeholders

Identify potential risks associated with legacy application modernization and cloud migration, developing and implementing mitigation strategies

What you'll bring:

University Degree or relevant experience in technology or a related field

Familiarity in SAP, Azure, and integration technologies

Fluency in English C1 Level ( German C2 advantageous)

Strong communication and project management skills.

Willingness to travel (Up to 20%) when required
