This is a good list, although the creator of the post didn't clarify where he got it from. Most importantly, people need to know that you *DO NOT* need to hire a lawyer to apply for permanent residency before Migrations directorate. Lawyers actually make it more expensive, more difficult and are most likely not registered with Migrations to provide such assistance.
