Looking to move to Paraguay, how to obtain Paraguay phone #?

Hello, my girlfriend and I are Americans, we are really considering moving to Encarnacion, Paraguay. We are in the process of selling our house and have been looking at some potentially good houses to buy in. We wanted to reach out to the owner or real estate agent selling on some of these listings and when we go to sign up on the real estate website, it requires that we enter a Paraguayan phone number. Does anyone here have any advice on how to obtain one from here in America? I checked some "virtual phone number" websites and they either do not have Paraguay as an option or make us pay something like $100 just to make one. Thank you for any information.
