Manizales and surrounding area

Digitarius

Anyone have any info on Manizales such as areas to rent an apartment and schools for a toddler?  Any and all information would be appreciated.  I am seriously considering moving  like in the next month or 2.  And yes I have been there and I have been in Colombia for 2 years now.

Depending what your budget is

Palermo is the best..but most exensive. Also Milan, Cable, further along Avenue  Santander good

But you will have to find owners directly to rent to you  ( quite an onerous task) because dealing with those horrible agencies is terrible with the fiadores requirements.

See the other post below on this subject.

If you dont mind a bunch of noise for 8 days a year during the feria until 1 am  , occaisional water outage ( getting less frequent now thank God).in Estrato 4 area that is not that convenient to shopping etc., I can pass the information of my apartment  on to you by PM

I have a new buddy who lives in Manizales... she's a semi-public content-creator, and is very in-tune with the stuff in Manizales. Message me privately and I can share her contact info...
