Insurance linkage

Iam trying to issue my dependents iqama and I keep receiving the message on absher that one of the dependents does not have insurance. All dependents have been added to insurance, fees have been paid and the insurance apps keeps showing not linked to CHI. HR has not been able to figure out. Any help will be greatly appreciated
