Hi i am planning to have my first child here but we dont have a medical insurance here in yanbu. What is the cost of insurance if we buy it and is there any insurance we can buy on installments.

Talk to the providers.  However, as an individual customer, some benefits, like maternity will have a waiting period.  This means that you won't be able to use the insurance till that time period passes.
