Is there any one can let me know how to apply for family medicine position at phcc .Ive tried their online website but not sure if correct as showing to me active status .. so please is that enough to upload the documents and fill personal details ?

Hi all,

I heard that all PHCC applications who selected, shortlisted or waiting for visa are put on hold till budget confirmation. Is that true? Does anyone received offer letter or visa is approved recently in this month JAN-2024?

Hi. Did you manage to go through the interview?

It looks like PHCC onboarding is a very tedious process and need to have a lot of patience. It’s better to keep working with current organization or find other job.

I have had three attempts to make it to PHCC ever since 2023.

This journey has been truly insightful:🙂

1. Attempt 1 (10th October 2023): My first attempt where I couldn’t be selected due to budget constraints. Waited for one and half months.
2. Attempt 2 (25th January 2024): Invited for an in-person interview at PHCC HQ through ADQ. After a month I was informed someone more senior was preferred.
3. Attempt 3 (13th November 2024): Again called for an Online interview. I passed. After waiting for three months I was informed I couldn't meet the minimum experience requirement of 5-years.
4. Attempt 4 (07 Oct 2025): Again Interviewed, received offer letter in next one month. By 22 Jan 2026, waiting for Visa processing. I have been informed it is under process. Let’s see this time.

The mental health takes a toll in all these situations and procedures. A transparent and fast track process should be established by HMC and PHCC for hiring candidates from foreign countries. It helps all parities informed and take timely decisions.

God Bless the beautiful State of Qatar. Well, I had already worked for a private company in Qatar during Sept 2022 to March 2024.
