HMC Vs PHCC

Hello all, I have been offered an employment opportunity by both HMC and PHCC. I cleared interviews and received offer letters from both organizations.


Nature of job - both are technical IT roles with an almost similar nature of work.

Salary - both are offering similar benefits and allowances, but the only difference is that PHCC is offering QAR 500 more salary than HMC.

PHCC grade - 004

HMC grade - G-06

I'm looking for a long term career and growth. I'm confused about which one to choose, please advice.

Both are local offer package and you can enhance in PHCC or HMC carrier perceptive for longterm. if you compare workload wise PHCC 75% and HMC 100% now choice is your to decide 1f600.svg In HMC you will have Rotational Shift and PHCC i assume only Morning and Evening Shift,
