Freezing of employment

Hello,my husband has been offered emergency specialist job after proper interview in November 2025.,he accepted that and started working on the Their exam and licensing according to their in.,he did all the paperwork,exams n everything,licensing and in the end resigned from his previous job act to their instructions via HMC HR emails.,he completed his 2 months notice period n now when it comes to tickets and onboarding HMC HR stopped responding to the emails..,when by chance they picked his fone they told him that all the contracts and deployment process had been stopped and frozen.,we are now in the middle of nowhere,left out previous job and accommodation by HMC instructions,staying in the hotel for the last 10 days n getting no response from anyone..,extremely depressed..,don’t know what to do
