I have got an job offer from Alghanim Industries. Just wish to know about the company, about its image as an Employer/Business Group in Kuwait.

Do not work here they promise the world but don't pay indemnity or follow labor law

as a former employee of Alghanim, I can tell you it is a very competitive environment, if you excel you will get the world, if you laze back you will get nothing, probably end up getting terminated.

as an industry leader, there is no denying their strength. they have structure, and annual performance review.

they do have mafias within, but so long as you do not step on anyones toes, you should be good to go. all giant conglomerates are like that.

Very bad they don't follow labor law I have a friend who is suing them as they have not paid indemnity as per law. All clique it's not about ability it's about wasta
They have values but don't follow go to glass door and check them out
