Take home/month in case gross salary is 300 euro/day

I am offered 300 Euro/Day for a subcontracting job in IT industry. There is no additional benefits and the project is for 5 months.
What would be the difference if I go as freelancer and if I go through a staffing company.

Please let me know.

Hello,

What is the profile and the domain ?

I will make it very short as there are plenty of threads on this forum.
There are pros and cons for freelancing.

Pros,
- Payment - its pretty good compared to an employed person.
- No bosses you are your own boss.
- You can buy work related stuff on your company name..

Cons,
- No job security.
- Arrange your own Social security and Tax deductions.
- No holidays (If you take a day off, obviously you are not paid for that day )
- You need to again start for a project hunt once your mission is completed.

Speak to a staffing company about positions they have open, it will give you an idea ?

Thanks for pros and cons.

To provide you info it is more of the change management role in the IT project implementation.

If I consider the 5% cut from the staffing company what would be the in hand? I am not able to get the figures. Please help.

I am in process of negotiating thus it is required urgently.
