Moving to Antwerp with a Dutch passport

Hi everyone:

I do suffer from a number from a number of things including generalised anxiety disorder, so every day I get more doubtful and more worried. I am getting some conflicting information from different sources.

Given I have a Dutch passport, when I show up to register at a gemeente, will I still need to provide a certain from of my Canadian birth certificate? If so, does it have to go through some ritualistic process of the apostille?

Secondly, can anyone recommend a trustworthy makelaar in Antwerp? Not some high-end one, but a good friendly group, who won't mind speaking English.
