I could not find a similar information in Ixelles.

When did you apply? I applied on 15th October, and they have not contacted back to me,

I am waiting for aproval

I applied at 01.01.2025 . But since then no one contacted me back to ask documents etc.

In Ixelles, I didn’t need to make an appointment. I first went to ask which card I should apply for, and then I returned with all the required documents to apply directly. They gave me two papers for the appointment to pick up the L card after 5 months + 1 day. If my application is not approved, they will notify me. I did not apply online.

Required documents:

Criminal record

Three recent payslips

Insurance

Passport

I am currently waiting for a response from IBZ.

So in Antwerpen , to make an appointment to  giving those required documents you need to wait minimum 2 months.

Probably then , they will give me another date slot to give documents, and after 5 more months  waiting  for decision.

After a short holiday period congrats you get the card in 2026.

When I applied it was just applying online and submitting payslips and mutuality registration.

2 or 3 months with appointment+5months to have the decision

As this week Stad Antwerpen => Processing the requests from 14.12.2024. Aprox. 3 months backlog  😐

Hi! Did you get your appointment in the beginning of April?

Since on 05 april 2025. and the city hall is handling the application (aanvragen) from 02 January 2025.

They gave me an appointment date 5 months +1 day after than application date.
