Oh, I’m sorry. In this situation there really isn’t anything you can do. If you'd had a nat. certificate (like many people here), that would change things. But you don’t have one. So all that’s left is to wait. I hope the wait won’t be too long. Regurarly check your certificate in Mijn Dossier/Mijn Burgerprofiel

Hello, I have been waiting for 8 month since first submission date, I got confirmation mail from commune about positive review 3 month ago after completion of first 4 month, but till date I am waiting for my Nationality certificate.

Evere commune is very slow

Mine is going to be 10 months close and still haven't received the letter from the commune. If possible, please post here if you receive the letter or any kind of progress like getting a call from the commune or something, as it will be useful. I will do the same from my side. Thanks for your response.

Yes, I did both, they asked me to wait for the letter. Its good to know that your friend in Evere got his passport. Is there anything he did other than dropping an email or status appointment like reached out to someone/some office to get his passport.

Yes, my friend and his kids got their ID and passport within 8 months in Evere commune. He visited only 2 times. In my case, I have already visited 2 times, and even after 7 months I have not received any letter.

Hello Raja, One another friend got his passport after 7 and Half month (Evere Commune), Try to go to commune directly and tell them you have been waiting for 10 month and two person got the passport withing 8 and let us know. For me, I have last appointment on 31/03 (almost 8 month)

Today, I received a call from the Evere commune. After 8 months, they have requested an additional document called “One & Same.”

They had already emailed me 4 months ago regarding the confirmation of my nationality.

My question is: will this process take another 4 months?
