Hai I am Sathar Parackal from India. I came to Croatia on D type visa and took temporary residence card. The Croatian company that brought it is carrying out work in the Netherlands and Belgium. There i got a Belgium employer and got a work permit and annex 46. Now should I go back to India for Belgium visa and apply for Belgium D type visa or can I go directly to Belgium and apply for residence card?

It depends on the adress that you have mentioned in your application for Belgium single permit.

If you have given your address in Croatia, then you need to vist the belgium embassy which has your croatian address under its jurisdiction for Issuing Visa.

Because FPS belgium would have sent your Annex 46 to the embassy/consulate that is closest to your address on your application
