how long have you been waiting？

@hanWang my work permit has been approved 31th of January and forwarded to immigration office for the rp and they received 9th of February,  so let's say it's already 10 weeks I'm waiting

@josegarciabarraza I couldn't call , but i emailed to immigration office to get info about status of my sp and they responded they are processing all the files chronologically and my application will be not be examined before end of april. Current processing time around 13 weeks. So seems like I need to wait until end of April,  but at least I got the information 🙂

@xazarmehdizade thank you so much for the info. i have a similar timeline than you, so i guess next week most probably they will check and approve our cases.

i contacted the employer 2-3 time's he said there is still no response

idk what to do its been 6+ months and still nothing im starting to lose hope about this

i would  like to know when do we have  to go to VFS  to submit our passport for Visa Stamping.

is it after obtaining the Wp

or after obtaining the approval for WP+RP?

after you obtain  your SP  only you can travel to Belgium? or  can you travel  to Belgium once  you have the WP approval?

If I change my employer working under a single permit and my work permit for the new employer is approved during the notice period which I had to work for the old employer, can I continue to work for the old employer until the end of this notice period? Or will my old work permit be canceled immediately? How does the procedure proceed at this stage?
