NBI Hit (National Bureau of Investigation)

pej1111

I have recently had a "HIT" with NBI when applying for a NBI clearance.

Just wondering if any one else had has this occur and how  you managed it?

No, I have not committed any criminal activities or broken the law in any way.  I don't do drugs or get involved with the wrong people.

I had a hit too when I apply for  NBI. Just need to go back in 2 weeks. I have the most unique name. Seems that foreigner will always have a hit... maybe that gives them more time to do background check.

I also had a hit, seems like somebody was using my name, further investigation it was me.

My Better half, a Filipina, has this problem whenever she needs to deal with NBI. Apparently there is somebody in Leyte with the same name who has a record with NBI.

All gets sorted each time but it is never a surprise when things take a little longer.
