I recently moved from La Union to down south - Bohol. Will give you a heads up. In the process of getting established here. Furnishing my apt, buying a car, outfitting it etc etc. I have found it extremely difficult to order from Lazada, AliExpress, Alibaba etc. Which is essential because local provinces don't always have a lot if things in stock. The biggest problem with the Lazada and Shoppee is that my local internets IP goes thru Manilla. These sites ID your location by IP. Regardless of anything else. And block you from seeing any products from Cebu. Which is the largest source area for products in this area of the PH. I soents weeks trying to fix this. My next and final solution is to buy a burner phone and use it only for online shopping. Nit saying this will be your experience. But if it is hopefully this will help.
