The place has  been closed down due to alleged violations of several laws.

It looks like a bunch of people are going to lose a lot of cash.


This is a direct warning of what can happen if you build illegally in Indonesia.

Far too many well heeled Russians looking to avoid the Ukraine meat grinder and settle here.  While that's not necessarily a problem in itself, what is a problem is that far too many of them are ignoring local laws and regulations like  proper visas, work permits, building permits, etc. 


Ubud, being well aware of what has happened to Canggu, is saying NO!
