Yes there has been no official press release. As such I cannot divulge my sources but lets say they are impeccable. As you know Jokowi's eldest son is on the ticket as vice-president so one has to be politic. Mums the word. The new capital was Jokowi's baby and who knows if it had been completed they might have even changed it to his name. Prabowo is in charge now though.

If it's that sensitive-and I can see why - you might like to delete the thread for the moment.
