Need advice British people relocated to Morocco

My names glen i from uk and i be  coming to live in Morocco rabat as soon as i have taken vaccines.


I will marry my girlfriend who is  Moroccan lady.


So i need advice on what i must do to get resindency,and any other tips would be most grateful.


I want to bring my car from uk,would it be possible to get car insurance in Morocco?


Do any british people  have any tips to make transition from uk life to Morocco life a happy one ??

Hello sir

In order to obtain the residence card, go to the police station nearest to the place That you want to reside in, and I carry these documents with you

His identity
The stamp of his entry into the national territory
Entry visa for foreigners subject to this procedure
The publication on the application for obtaining the registration card is in duplicate
Recent photographs
A rental contract, ownership certificate, or any document proving actual residency at a fixed address in Morocco
A copy of the criminal record
medical certificate
Documentation proving that the person concerned has sufficient means of subsistence
A document proving the nature of the activity to be practiced, when necessary

Hi any person got advice on getting insurance on the UK car in Morocco 


my car was left there last time I went, and now I plan to go again and get Insurance. The last Insurance I had was in Tangier with MATU Insurance, but they don’t do Insurance or british  people anymore. just neef insurance to drive my car out of morocco  as its almost been 6 months.  Jazakallah

@jay07961 Try AXA,   http://www.axa-equitable.com/home.jsp, Insurance that you buy in Morocco is third party only. If you want comprehensive, ask your insurance broker to find cover for you. Personally I will suggest https://www.aviva.co.uk/insurance/motor/car-insurance/
