Foreigner and soldier marriage

Hi is there is someone know the truth or went trough this and have experience to share? I looked  quit a lot of this and can't find one opinion. Why there is no such a law in Morocco that man who is in military can't marry a foreigner, but military commander say it is not allowed? What can be done?

Military personnel in Morocco cannot marry without permission from their hierarchy. That also means gendarmerie, police officers, even firemen and rescue services often are military. This means also it's not the law , it's the military rulebook and the hierarchy that determines the rules.

Your military boyfriend may want to consult his service  HR dept in Rabat  on the rules ., if he thinks his superior is bending the rules to his own liking
