Hello Farhanabegum2021,

Welcome to Expat.com 😀

I suppose so, if you are divorced in the UK and plan to marry in Morocco, you will typically need to provide your Decree Absolute to prove that your previous marriage has been legally ended. In most cases, Moroccan authorities will also require this document to be authenticated with an apostille from the UK.

It is best to check with the Moroccan consulate or local civil registry where you plan to marry to confirm the exact requirements.

Best of luck,

Cheryl

Yes, Your divorce final order needs to be notarised and have an apostille. I just got married in Morocco on the 28th. I’m from UK
