Good day,

The Mauritian authority responsible for pet importation applications has not replied to my 2 email requests for the relevant forms and requirements. Their email address (moa-dvs@mail.govmu.org) was supplied by the EDB.

Can anyone supply me with the latest forms and the latest list of requirements.
